No city compares to New York City. The hustle and bustle of the streets all day and night make it attractively notorious for being the City that Never Sleeps. Our last day in New York was well spent, despite having a busy few days before. We started the morning browsing the booths of the Union Square Holiday Market. From tasty treats to stocking stuffers, the market offers an abundance of gifts, foods, and items.
After grabbing a quick bite at one of the food vendors in the market, we opted for a shared dessert elsewhere. We decided to split a warm doughnut from Dough in East Village near the Empire State Building. It was just past the lower parts of Fifth Avenue, where you can admire the festive holiday displays in most of the shop windows.
Although the brick buildings and fire escapes are quite the site to see, we could not get over how beautiful the park was yesterday.
We tried a different angle for a fall leaf picture, and we clearly all had the same idea…!
One of my friends recently bought a Polaroid camera and ‘mini’ film, so naturally we explored the city and took Polaroids in some of our favorite spots. You can find the exact camera we used for the miniature Polaroid pictures here.
